She enjoys working alongside the GracePointe staff daily, where her hours are spent not only assisting the other staff by ensuring things run smoothly but also, serving others in the church and community. One goal that she sets every day is to clear the path for the pastoral staff which allows them to serve Christ and His Church in their respective ministries with fewer obstacles. She believes a team approach to ministry, ‘the locking of arms’, is the best way to make a difference in the world and make God look good. Lavada enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, sewing, outdoor activities, and coffee!

Jordan’s role at GracePointe allows her to tell the story of our church through social media as well as make a place for the people of Coffee County through outreach and women’s ministries. Jordan loves to celebrate others and is incredibly grateful to serve alongside such a wonderful staff and church body. If you ask her for proof of God’s faithfulness, she’ll cite the fact that a coffee shop moved to Douglas at the same time she did.
