How to Become a Christian

	We believe that everyone of us are in need of forgiveness. God sincerely and passionately desires to have a relationship with us. He wants to give us eternal life and freedom from the guilt of past mistakes. We also believe that, without Him, you and I can never know satisfaction or fulfillment. How do you receive forgiveness and enter into a relationship with God? First, you must admit that you need God's grace. Romans 3:23 tells us that "All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." It is impossible for a God who is holy and perfect to allow sin into His presence. So, how do I get from admitting my need to receiving it? Turn from your sin, your mistakes, your selfish thinking--turn to Jesus Christ. Luke 13:3 says, "But unless you repent, you too will all perish." It also says, "If you confess with your mouth, 'Jesus is Lord,' and believe in you heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved." (Romans 10:9) If you would like to ask Jesus to be Lord of your life and to receive forgiveness from sin and eternal life, then pray this prayer: "Lord Jesus, I admit to you that I am a sinner in need of your forgiveness. I confess to you that I have done wrong and that, without your grace, I cannot have eternal life or a relationship with God. I ask you to forgive me of my sin, to cleanse me of all I have done wrong and to be my Lord and Savior. I commit my life to you and ask you to guide me and make me new. Thank you Lord for giving me grace and mercy. Thank you for saving me and giving me a second chance. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen."
